Using the online form to order flowers was very easy HCF called the place of delivery to make sure where the flowers should be delivered (I.e., which room the event was in and what time the event started). HCF delivered on all aspects. My friend loved her flowers and I received a picture of them after they were delivered. I will definitely use HCF for other flower delivery needs.

Very pleasant, willing to help me out with a surprise on the fly. I could not believe that this florist was willing to go to the store on the drop of a dime to make a candy bouquet more personalized for my grandson's birthday/first day of kindergarten. Kept in touch with me step by step, and had it decorated & delivered within an hour and a half. Definitely recommend!!! Excellent customer service. Thank you very much for making my grandson's day so special last minute.
